Subject of business

The main activity of GOLDEN PLACEMENT SOLUTIONS j.d.o.o. are temporary agency services employment. The following services are provided to our clients:

• employment mediation, in which it is possible to conclude a contract between the employee and the employer with the payment of a one-time commission to the employer,
• temporary employment of foreign workers, and their transfer based on the working hours

The activity is based on determining the labor needs of individual entrepreneurs and finding them workforce of appropriate qualifications through communication with other agencies that offer services mediation.

Constant cooperation was achieved with several foreign agencies from India and Nepal, through which determined by the database of potential employees.

After checking with the clients, the selection of candidates is carried out, employment papers are drawn up (work permits), we organize the arrival of workers to Croatia, we control the recruitment process in arranging the conditions for the stay of foreign employees in Croatia in order to satisfy all the necessary requirements legal prerequisites.

The mission of the company GOLDEN PLACEMENT SOLUTIONS is to contribute to the harmonization of the needs of entrepreneurial companies with the offer of the labor market, in such a way as to establish cooperation with other companies dealing with it by recruiting from all over the world for the exchange of workers of a certain business profile, enable professional support when hiring foreign employees in Croatia, and organized cooperation with a larger number of entrepreneurs in order to meet their needs flexibly.
